Your FNAIM Paris Ile de France estate agent undertakes to:

1. Put together a technical pack about the property, including:
- information on the local area surrounding the property: schools, services, public transport etc
- technical information about the building: the building’s maintenance records and diagnostic test results will be included where these exist.
- the property’s habitable space calculated according to the Carrez Law
- rental information if the property is rented when the preliminary contract is signed
- results of asbestos tests
- results of tests for parasites according to applicable legislation
- results of tests on the accessibility of lead in the property, according to applicable legislation

2. Check:
- the deeds of the property or the certificate of ownership - rates of property and residency taxes
- service charge rates

3. Provide:
- the rules of joint ownership document and any annexes to this
- the rules of the building if these exist, and any annexes to them
- the report from the most recent general meeting

In the event that a member does not follow the articles set out in this charter, they will be brought before the committee for ethics and good practice who may take disciplinary action.
